A Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is a food and nutrition expert. They assess your unique needs, create personalized nutrition plans, and provide evidence-based guidance to help you achieve your health goals, manage health conditions, and build sustainable healthy habits. They work closely with you to make informed food choices that fit your lifestyle.

Nope! When you schedule an appointment to meet with a dietitian you can choose between in person, a video call, or a phone call!
Metabolic testing must be done in person at 8560 S Eastern Ave Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
Metabolic testing is done using an indirect calorimeter. This machine is a small mask that measures what you breathe in and out for 10 minutes. The machine can use that information to determine how many calories your body needs!
Following the test, your dietitian will discuss the results with you, including how they apply to your specific goals. The dietitian will give you a customized meal plan based on your specific metabolism. All you need to do to prepare for the test is fast and avoid exercise overnight (8 hours).
Visit "Our Services" to learn more about metabolic testing.
There are multiple ways to pay for our services:
1) Medical Insurance: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Cigna. Medical coverage varies by specific plans and diagnoses.
2) Superbill: Submit the bill to your insurance company and get reimbursed.
3) Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
4) Cash or Card (our secure online billing portal makes it safe and easy to submit payments)
If you choose one of our packages, you may not be able to use insurance to cover all of your visits. Packages are usually self-pay options for clients who want to achieve long-term goals.
