What packages are available? Most of our patients use their medical insurance to pay for our services, but insurance companies have some down-sides. They usually only cover a couple of nutrition appointments per year. This is great if you want to learn a little more about nutrition, but it doesn't set you up to achieve long-term goals. Research shows that accountability has a major impact on achieving goals. Our packages are set up to help you make life-long changes to your health. Packages include: unlimited chat with your personal Registered Dietitian, food/goal/weight logging, and a weekly appointment. All of these things are available on our online portal and app.
